Customer service pathetic

I submitted feedback on 26 Dec 2012 with regards to my complaint and I still haven't received any feedback from shoprite. One question addressed to Shoprite"IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS? Looks like Shoprite don't care about their clients and this is totally pathetic.
