Order placed 12/12/12 NOT RECEIVED 22/01/2013

Ordered a washing machine from Appliance city on 12/12 and paid by credit card. I am in UK and this was for delivery to my daughter in East London. However time passed and no machine, no follow up etc. Phoned Ellerines Holdings and no use at all as they do not respond to msgs left on ans machine Eventually got hold of Solly on 14/1, 15/1 and again today. when I got hold of his supervisor Amanda.
Stock should be in the warehouse in PE on 24/1 know when delivery will take place.
I contacted LG and they only received order from A City on 12th January 28 days to send order thru.
I am shortly returning to S/A and would of furnished my new house with Ellerines/Appliance City, but in view of the service received to date, I wouldn't even consider using anyone from this group.
