Online Shopping Website Not Functional

I had ordered wedding invitations for my sister via their site on 7th January 2013. My transactions went through and i received confirmation emails. I waited until yesterday (21 January 2013) for the cards and nothing. I then emailed them from the contact list on the Website and no reply. I decided to call them today to ask for a tracking number and the lady told me their Website does not function!!! It functioned well enough for them to deduct the money from my account, but the orders dont get processed on their site. To make things worse, they have no stock of the wedding invitations I ordered.
FALSE ADVERTISING.
My sister's wedding is in April and I have no invites and dont know how to tell her that shes not going to get them.
Roopanands offered me my money back and to find something similar... They should try explaining that to the bride!!!
