NOT ABLE TO SORT OUT SMALL FUALTS ON NEW CAR

I received bad attitude first time from service adviser. She embarrassed me in front of hole work shop. My car was not week old then it gave error on soft wear. They reset it. Car was month old then again fault on soft wear. The reset and updated it. Car is about 3 months old and again fault on soft wear on witch passenger seat belt alarm not working, they said they fixed it but is still not fixed. I asked them what is going on with soft wear and they say that is for why they are there to fix it for me... I am not happy with that answer because that mean i must take my new car every moth in to the ford work shop to sort out the soft wear. I am now hopeless and am thinking of selling my new ford focus due to the work shop that is incompetent to sort out my problems on new car. I have logged complain at Ford SA but it does not look like anything is happening. REF: 600020482. The right hand door panels must be changed due to damaged caused by auto amour. On of the panels was replaced but for the 3de time they ordered the wrong panel. If this is the type of service ford gives i will never buy ford again and would not recommend it to anyone. Can hello peter please help me?
