POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCT

I have sent the email below to Colgate Palmolive 2 months ago. No one has responded to me as yet. I have sent the same email to them 5days ago and this time I put a read receipt on it. The message was read by a person called Cornelia Stienen and I still did not get a response from them. This is really poor service...

In the last 10 years or so I have been using Sta Soft and on many occasions I have been very satisfied with results. However, I have recently purchased two bottles at the local Spar and I have been very dissatisfied with the product.

After using the product, on some of my expensive clothing, I found white marks and stains remaining on the clothing. The clothes were not soft as the product claims to have made it. My initial thought was a defect in the washing powder. However, a few washes without the fabric softener, proved to me there was definitely something wrong with Sta soft softener.

Since Sta Soft claims to be "soft as a mothers touch" with no hazzle, I would like to request that your company re-looks in to this product and provide me with a refund along with reasonable compensation for my damaged clothing.
