APPAULING TRADE SUPPORT

I am a interior designer 2nd generation running a successful business in JHB. I have tried to support the environment by diversifying and after paying an already highly price CUT MAKE AND TRIM CMT price of over R40 000 I payed and supplied my own leather. I asked them to raise the back rest and they have charged me an exuberant extra R5000 over and above to raise something by a few cm. This kind of business practice with the trade is appalling and criminal and wont ever recommend customers again. This is extremely bad judgment and shamida who is in charge and well aware of my circumstance has chosen to basically take advantage of an order that she very well knew I was over budget. This is just immoral business practice and very poor judgment on her behalf.
