Outstanding furniture delivery

I purchased a bedroom suite which was on special on the 30th of May 2013 in cash money, I was then told it was going to be delivered within 3 working days. I waited till the 7th day after purchase hoping I was going to get a call from them but they didn't call me. I called them myself and they apologized saying they were out of stock hence the late delivery but in the time of purchase I wasn't told about being out of stock, the only thing I was told was delivery in 3 working days.

Today as I write this complaint, I haven't received any call from them to update me on what's happening. If I was told it will take the whole month to deliver my goods, I guess I wouldn't have a problem in waiting but who would buy something in cash and wait that long.

To Bearers staff, you are the worst I've ever met. Now I want my money back and we are done.
