They should just close it

Shoprite Isipingo does not know the meaning of customer service. I have been waiting in the money market que for the past hr with no assistance so I decided to go check inside what's going on as we are outside. There's only 2 tills working and when I asked them why are we waiting so long no one bothered to answer me, one teller is slouching on the chair while people r waiting for assistance and she just does not care. This is not the first time this is happening and it's the only Shoprite that has this problem. They should go for training on customer service.
