Draging my name to credit berua for cancelled acc

My name is Lischen Bopape and account no is 70066100037442425 which I cancelled in 2011 September when I resign and settled it. In 2012 August I received an sms saying I owe R44 n did go to the nearest branch, music save, and I end up paying it and told them I don't have an account with them and I was told its been cancelled. Now again this year April 2013 I received a letter saying I owe R86 then again I did go to Kempton Park branch to ask again what is that for, they told me is for jet save music and it was not cancelled I then explained everything. And we called several departments and they cancelled and revesed the charges and even asked for print out showing I owe them nothing. In May 2013 I got a letter for final demand, I then took my last R30 to buy airtime and called them from one number refered to another. At the end they promised to call me in 48hrs.
