I purchased a Onkyo 5.1 surround sound system at the HOT TO GO section for a good price. I put everything in a trolley after my purchase (there were no boxes they said). I could not wait to set it up with the help of a friend who specializes in audio installation. we connected everything fine once we got to the subwoofer everything fell apart. I inspected the everything before i left Dion Wired and i knew that the "male" connector was already plugged in to the back of the subwoofer. We start to remove the connector and just the wire came out. We try our best to take the "male" pin out. The only way we can do this is to open the back of the subwoofer and push it out. What we saw when we opened was a shock! I took pics and we showed the manager the damage. After 4 weeks of waiting and after dealing with 3 customer service agents at the store, all giving me different excuses. Finally the manager came out at said, sorry the warranty is null and void because we opened up the subwoofer. And he really did not give a. So now i have to pay my account and i never even got the system back. So i paid R5500 for nothing but "air". What the is the CPA there for if Dion rips us off
