INSURANCE!!!

I have an Edgars account for countless years (13 years). I have realized i am being charged for an ACCOUNT PROTECTION PLAN and PARTNER PROTECTION PLAN since 2001, which I have not agreed to. I made contact with the call centre spoke to Abrahim who was no assistance asked to speak to a manager and the call was put on hold for 20 minutes and then cut.

Please assist!!!
