My family and I went to KDC to get our Dutch and British photos done. We asked the consultants at the time if they were aware of the criteria for the passport photos, as embassy's are incredibly strict. They were adamant that they knew the criteria. When we wanted reassurance, they responsed quite abruptly that this is something that they do on a daily basis. Much to our dissapointment after arriving at the embassy (after taking off work, my parents driving 400 kms, recieving our allocated bookings) we were rejected from the embassy on the basis that our passport photos were incorrect. When we took the photo's, my mother said to the consultant, that if the photos were incorrect, that we would bring them back, expecting a refund. A total of R55 x 5 = R275.Which in fact we did, my mother and I went into KDC, and told them our situation, instead of recieving an apology for mucking us around, never mind the fact that the photo's that they printed for the dutch passports arent even on a grey backround (an obvoius criteria), the man who poses to be the owner was rude, abrupt, condescending&arrogant! He threw the money at us, &told us that they sell 2000 passport photos a month, 2000 UNHAPPY CUSTUMERS KDC!
