Shop refuses to credit a tracksuit for the same p

I bought a Nike pink and grey tracksuit for R799 on tuesday in medium and when I got home the jacket seemed big so I decided to change to a small at the shop in Rosebank on Thursday morning and when I got there I was told the tracksuit was on sale which didn't afffect me at all except that the receipt they gave was written R650 which is not the amount I paid for the tracksuit and they didn't want to credit me the balance stating that the receipt can only be changed at the store at Small Street and I must go back there which I did. When I got there the lady at the till who is also the manager said she can't give me a voucher for the difference as it is not allowed and I asked her what would happen if I wanted to change the tracksuit again for something else that costs R799 and she said I can't as I had changed it at another shop. I then asked her to take back her tracksuit and give me a gift voucher of R799 so that I can buy something else and she refused stating I must go back to the Zone. Firstly these people are not paying for the petrol I'm using goin up and doen these shops and secondly I no longer want this tracksuit and want to return it but no one wants it.
