False advertising

I went to Pepstores Sophiatown to buy 2 tracksuit pants they advertise for R39 99, they wanted to charge me R54 99 . On the display board it clearly shows R39 99 and in front they hanged the pants of R54 99. I asked them to remove the add if there is no stock, but they refused and hanged the tracksuit pants which costs R54 99 there instead
