Consultant forgets to pack in goods

I went to Edgars and bought R800 worth of goods which included 2 tracksuit pants and 2 Adidas t-shirts. When I got home the consultant who assisted me did not put the 2 purchased item in the bag. When I went back to the store, the purchased items were back on the sales floor. I questioned him about it and he could not answer me. Other members of staff then started laughing at him. I live in Kuilsriver and had to drive to Tygervalley again because of his stupidity.
