Fixing clothes

This supplier - Mistique Creations - supply our school with all their tracksuit pants and jackets. I bought a new jacket for my son for school. After 3 (gentle cycle) washes the pockets and collor it coming loose AGAIN. There is no proper stitching on the seams and the inside is not worked off propery with an overlocker. I am tired of "fixing" something that you pay a lot of money for.
