What does work?!?

I cannot understand how you can run your business in this manner, I have been to that store 3 times recently and every single time I have to return the product. What the is going on. But what can you expect from a store that is such a mess and in such disarray. Why is all the products that I have bought there been defective. It's a pattern, a pattern which does not reflect well on you, it's a disgrace on your part. I must now go back again tomorrow to return the floodlight I bought. Everytime its a cost to me to return to your store that is 20km's away from my home and then also the inconvenience and time wasted, which I don't have. You cost a person more than just the price of the product. It's ridiculous.
