Yesterday I got an e-mail to say that my order has been canceled and that my account has been credited with R2999.99 with instructions on how to redeem it.
I jump online to redeem and place an order and couldn't see how to and got an e-mail again to say that I need to disregard the e-mail as I'll be refunded to my credit card instead. I then spent 10 minutes on the phone with Victoria Pieterse, who delivered great customer service, well done!!!
She assured me that my current order has not been canceled and I get an e-mail this morning from Sinazo saying that she didn't mean to send me the e-mail.
That is misleading getting my hopes up, I have written confirmation that my account will be credited, I want my credit?!
I payed how much on the airtime for the call which was totally unnecessary.
Please sort this out before I seek further legal help.
