DESPERATE FOR THE SALE - BUT NOT EAGER TO MAINTAIN

I've order the nano vacuum cleaner, were not happy with the product, performance was terrible. I mailed it to Homechoice 26Nov12.I got confirmation from the post office that Homechoice received package on 04 Des 12, however no one from client services have contacted me yet, only sales consultants whom I've asked to get client services to phone me regarding the vacuum cleaner, but no one contacted me yet. I sent an email via the homechoice site on 16 Jan13, got an automated response saying "we will attend to you without delay" - it's been 6 days and NO one from client services contacted me. Saturday 19 Jan I received an invoice from homechoice which stated that i'm behind on my account, of course because i'm only paying for the product i kept and NOT the vacuum cleaner I returned!! So I phoned Homechoice, spoke to a manager who said he's removing the vacuum cleaner, I should phone again on Wednesday (tomorrow) to make sure that it's been removed and get an updated invoice.21Jan HC phoned, asked why account not paid, today apparently the product is missing!! Homechoice have very good sales people, but the client services department needs a complete replacement!
