I placed an order for a pair of shoes no 14 January. I called the call centre last week Thursday and was told I would get my order no later than last week Friday. This however was not the case.

I called back to yesterday (Monday 21.01.2013), a week later. Spoke a consultant (Raeesa) and was told it hasn't even been dispatched but was going to check with the warehouse and call me back. This was in the morning, after lunch I received no call from her and called back.

This time I spoke to another consultant Youlen who PROMISED me that i would receive my item on Monday (21.01.2013). Yet again nothing was delivered.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY THE SERVICE.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE DEALT WITH ZANDO AND THE FIRST TIME WAS JUST AS BAD, bought a shirt as a gift for my husband and they delivered the wrong shirt.

PATHETIC. PLEASE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO ARE READING THIS... DO NOT SPEND YOUR
HARD EARNED MONEY ON ZANDO. YOU WILL HAVE MORE DISAPPOINTMENT THAN PLEASURE OF BUYING SOMETHING NEW.
