Do I have to concede that I have been robbed?

Clearly I am not the only one who has not been impressed by the "service" or severe lack thereof with regards to this organisation. I strongly urge that you ONLY use this service if you don't mind waiting months for documents that they claim will take a few weeks. Not only that PLEASE DON"T ever expect getting contacted by them or any of thier representatives. I paid for UK police clearance in May 2012 which I was told would take 8 weeks. Fair enough as they have to deal with overseas organisations. Had I not called to find out what the delay was I would NEVER have known that the submission was being held up as we APPARENTLY did not supply the colour passport photo which was initially supplied. Then APPARENTLY the documents were sent to the wrong postbox and that was 12 December 2012. I for the life of me cannot understand how they stay in business. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO CONSIDER ALL YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE HANDING ANY MONEY OVER TO THIS ORGANISATION... PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE
