EXTREMELY BAD TREATMENT

On Thursday 11 July 2013 I tried to buy spices that were advertised in their leaflet on a special. When I reached till they refused to honour the special. I asked to see the manager and was told that he was on leave. I spoke to someone who said he was standing in for Trevor (the store manager). I showed him the leaflet and he consulted with another person named Master. The special said that you could buy any 2 spices for R19.99 (clearly said ANY 2) but they both insisted very loudly that I that I was wrong. When I asked them to phone their head office to confirm, the stand in manager told Master just to give me the items, but in a very rude manner and walked away. Master then folded his arms and sulked, just leaving me with all surrounding customers looking at me as if I was crazy. I have never been treated so rudely for R10. Since then the manager and the area manager have called me to apologize, and that I had read the special correctly, but they refuse to let the people who were rude to me apologize in public, the same way that I was humiliated. They have staff who clearly don't understand their own ads and then allowed to treat customers with such disrespect.
