Pathetic service

I was in Checkers at westgate mall on the 28 Feb. There were 10 tills open and the store has the facility to have almost triple that amount open. The queues were long and it took me 30 minutes before I moved one spot. When I asked if i could see the manager on duty a till supervisor told me Mr Ringquest was busy. I then told her I'm obviously not going anywhere quickly so i'll wait. He never came to see me, I then called the till supervisor again and she advised I could then move to till 2 and they would help me straight away, I then said thats not acceptable as there are other customers that are just as annoyed as I was. She then apologised and said she will get mr Ringquest, Well I went to Checkers again yesterday and received similar service. Is it because I live and shop in Mitchell's plain that such service is allowed, I didn't ask to speak to a manager yesterday, I thought I'll post a hellopeter comment and see if Checkers cares about their customers, or whether I should start going to N1 or Canal walk where service is so much beter. Sad though that people in the less privilaged communities get service like this
