Biggest bunch of ever

Bought a cellphone to replace a faulty phone I bought at the Hyde park CNA, so I didn't have to put up with the I have now HAD to deal with eventually since it is the second faulty phone in 3 months. Bought the phone before my 7 day trip to Cape town to find the battery only lasted 3 hours maximum. Got back to Joburg immediately returned the phone only to be told the phone can and will now only be sent in for repairs. So my brand new phone goes in for repair and will take 3 to 4 Weeks. I get my brand new phone back with a replacement battery and a scratch right in the middle of the screen. Manager said she cannot replace a phone that has a scratch.. Would have been acceptable except I didn't scratch the thing as phone is brand new.. This has stressed me no end, wasted my time, money and health and still no resolution. This is thievery at it's best.. So much for the consumer protection act I will be taking this further. Total incompetent thievery going on at this branch for sure. I have had to take off work 4 times already to try and get my hard earned money back, or even a replacement
