2011 Calendar sold in 2013

On Saturday the 5th January 2013 I bought a wall calendar for the new year. I only opened it on Friday evening and as I opened it I noticed that it does not have the pen in that it should have had but I was not concerned about it as the one I used last year is still in working order. However, when rolling it open it was for 2011!!! If it had been 2012 I could understand the mistake. I called the store and spoke to the store manager on the 21st Jan 2013 and am still waiting for a call back. It is not worth it for me to go back to the store to exchange it as the cost will be more than what the calendar cost. I also do not go to that area often as I do not have a drivers licence. I first called the family store in Brackenfell by mistake but must compliment that store's manager as while we thought it happened in his store he was more than willing to try and get it sorted out for me. Can not say the same for the Hyper however.
