Order settled and paid for but no product

HI

A week ago i made an online order for an overnight delivery, i paid and received confirmation.

I then received two phone calls, one saying i would get the product the next day, the next saying i wouldn't but they would keep me posted on what was happening with my order.

Now a week later, i have sent an email to the 7 people included in my order confirmation. I have also emailed various branches and not a single response. I have also gone into a store to find out what was going on, they where unable to help and even asked if i was sure i have not received my order.

So i now sit in the dark not knowing if i am ever going to receive my order seeing as no one is prepared to actually follow up and find out why i have not received my product.

I dont mind waiting for something if there has been a complication but any other company would have at least informed me of this and kept me updated, am i to assume my money is lost?
