Edgars charging me for stuff I didn't ask fo

I opened an account last month at Edgars, Greenstone. I bought R200 shoes and a few days after, I paid it in full, thus my Account balance should be R0.

I received my Statement and I have been charged for several thing I wasn't aware I would be paying and mostly stuff I did not ask for at all.

This consists of:

CLASSIC MEMBERSHIP FEE R29 - I wasn't told of this. Is this once off or per month???
PART-MONTH FAM ACCIDENT INSURANCE R18 - I didn't ask for this!!
FAM ACCIDENT INSURANCE R27 - I didn't ask for this!!
PART-MONTH FAMILY PROVIDER PLAN R11 - I didn't ask for this!!
FAMILY PROVIDER PLAN R16.50 - I didn't ask for this!!
PART-MONTH HOSPITAL CASH BACK FAMILY R33.20 - I didn't ask for this!!
HOSPITAL CASH BACK INS-FAMILY R50 - I didn't ask for this!!

Thus a Total of 185.70 I am being charged for stuff I did not ask for at all!!

Please remove all this garbage from my account. If this is not resolved ASAP I will close my account and seek legal advise.
