Terrible Service

I am so appalled at the service I received today while going in store to Furniture City. I took my lunch hour to go in-store to apply for credit for a chest of draws of which I have the bedroom set from Furniture City. After a VERY LONG 55 MINUTES of application, thanks to the new girl who is still being trained to work the system completed my application, I am given forms to sign. To my dismay I need to compete a form that lists beneficiaries for a death/funeral benefit!! I was so confused!! NOBODY EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I SOMEHOW THEY WOULD JUST ADD A DEATH BENEFIT POLICY TO MY APPLICATION!! I was not told by this consultant and she just took it for granted that I would sign papers!!! What pathetic service!! This is the last time I go into a Furniture City!!! PATHETIC!
