Incompetent Staff - Take too long to assist

On the 28 January 2013 We purchased furniture from Furniture City in City View (Game City) Durban. Upon delivery it was noted and reported that the dinning suite had four chairs which were damaged. We were advised that they will keep in touch with us. At the end of February we were still not contacted, at which point we advised the Store manager Mariam Govender that we would like to return the dining room suite. After five days in which were not contacted even once, we were then advised that there is a delay because they did not have the proof of delivery, which was done over a month ago. Eventually cancellation is done and we want to keep the rest of the furniture but our monthly instalment has to be recalculated. So we were advised that the application will have to be reprocessed bearing in mind that the initial credit amount of R25000.00 was not cancelled, we now have to apply for more credit. However now we qualify for less credit because the outstanding credit amount was not removed. This is the worst service I have ever received. I have logged a query with your call centre, ref number, 174249. Now please tell me what are you going to do, are u going remove all the furniture
