4 weeks for an urgent couch

Ordered and paid for a couch on 30 June which was marked as urgent with a date of delivery promised for 22 July, was called on 17 July to inform us that they had started making the couch. Needless to say the the 22nd has come and gone, we called them after 1pm to find out when we can expect delivery and was told it was not ready yet.

Not to mention your company charged us nearly R600 for delivery and could not be bothered to stick with your own provided date, out of what dictionary are you getting your definition for urgent. Constantly getting terrible service from your company, my own branch is the Somerset Mall one and we went looking for the same couch there and to describe the service as disgusting would be a compliment, we were told not a single store had stock of it as it was a special and it was exclusively made to order, who orders a couch they cannot see or even sit on? This is how we ended up at Tokai.

How does such a large company have such terrible service let alone justify it?
