House party with no chairs

So, on the 20th July I walked into Makro and bought a 6 seater patio set and table. The guy said they cant deliver it today but will be delivered the next day by 10:00.

10:00 comes and goes and I call to find out where the delivery is. The guy who answers the phone says they are on their way.
13:50 I phone again, no answer, try another 7 times. Finally get through at 14:02 to hear the voice message saying the they are now closed...

Its 15:30 now and I have 10 people at my house to entertain with only 4 chairs... And should the other chairs get here, they still have to be set up...

R230 for 2km's and I still haven't received it.
