Broken chairs

Poor quality on 3 Wine chairs I bought at Makro last year around March, neither one uf us is over 100kg, well below the 150kg rating, All three chairs have the broken at the plastic points where the frame comers through the seats, there are seams coming lose in other areas as well? I did not keep the slips as I had Campmaster chairs before without issues.
