Faulty TV delivered - incorrect invoice supplied

I ordered a SAMSUNG LED TV through Makro's online store. The delivery took over a week to reach me. Once it did - no invoice arrived with the delivery. I assembled my TV, switched her on and although I had sound, I had a black screen with coloured lines. I 1 contacted wantitall - immediately and also mentioned I need an invoice.

I was sent an invoice in someone else's name and only for a TV although my transaction consisted of a TV, Microwave and a few other items. Secondly they said return it to any makro store for replacement, The terms on the online shop clearly states that you cannot return it to any Makro store that it is the responsibility of wantitall. I would also expect that seeing that I paid for delivery and a faulty tv was delivered to me that it should be collected and a new one delivered to me. I paid for a delivery based on weight as I dont want to cart around heavy items and I don't have time to drive to Makro.

Quite frankly I am annoyed. I would like to watch TV on the SAMSUNG bought - but now I have a Dudd TV in my house and I do not even know how to return it. I would like some answers from Makro and wantitall and even SAMSUNG as maybe they have an answer.
