Bad quality meat

Good day
I purchased a half lamb pack at Checkers Cresta (I donot have the POP as I discarded this but was bought about the 12 or13 July).
I paid about R519.00 as the meat was R75.99 per kg.
The meat on the top was looking so nice and fresh but under, it was pathetic and looked slimpy and smelt bad. There was alot of fatty meat as well and we needed this meat for a braai yesterday evening and was embarrassed at the poor quality with our guests.
This is the last time I will ever but meat at Checkers as this is unacceptable - my husband had to rush over to Woolies and get some meat there and knowing the price at Woolies had to fork out another R400
I am very disappointed with the pruchase and because of the smell etc, we discarded the meat immediately, I tried to call your customer care but I was not able to get through and hence I am writing this.

I would like some answers please, I donot have the POP but if you need, I am prepared to send you my bank statement showing the purchase.

I cannot believe that Checkers will have mixed the meat and sells that bad quality.
