Terrible Service Provide

(I stay in Pta & work in Boksburg) I upgraded my contract in mid Dec 12. Autopage did not have the phone I wanted in stock. On advise from Centurion branch, I cancelled the contract @ H/O so I could upgrade directly from the branch. On the 31/12 I could suddenly not text, phone/bbm or use internet. (on my old BB Torch) I went to Centurion on 2/1 and there I upgraded to the BB 9900. A lady from H/O assisted me with a code to get my text & phone & BIS to work again. A week after that I realised I cannot phone / text (I can receive but not send) I went to Centurion who tried with H/O help to get my phone to text and phone again. I have also inserted the sim into another phone, it does not text or phone. Centurion advised me to do a sim swop, R140 later. This I did on 26/1. On Monday morning I could STILL not phone/text - even after doing the swop. I phoned Autopage yesterday, very upset asking 4 help. A lady, Ariana Begg, took my e-mail. I wrote her this morning (8:27am) & said I could still not text/phone. It is now 13:00 still no response. East Rand mall (Kevin) phone me this morning also @ 8 to follow up. Up to now he has also not phoned. I desparately need assistance!
