Zando claims to deliver anywhere is SA and is COD

I tried to purchase a pair of shoes on Zando and it said they don't do Cash on deliver in my area. So i called to find out if that's the case and how i could go by purchasing the shoes otherwise. The call center agent said to me that Zando only does COD deliveries in CPT and not JHB and that i would have to pay b credit card which i do not have nor want.

This is not what Zando advertises on TV they say the deliver anywhere in SA and you can do a Cash on Delivery payment!
