I got a gift card from Edgars. I bought two items on the card, and took 1 back only to discover that more items went off. I spoke to Clyde and he said he will get back to me.
1 month later and still waiting.
Saturday I went to Bayside Table View again wanted to use my card (for a 3rd time) again I cannot swipe it due to a error message. again I had to use my money to pay.
I asked to speak to the manager and a lady with BAD attitude came. From the word go she was aggressive and unhelpful. After about 15min of disagreeing, she refuse to assist. She is the manger, and I am not interested in problems or excuses... I want solutions!!!
I called your hotline and left a message for the regional manager to get in contact with me, this was Monday, today is Thursday still nobody called me back.
Now I request your CEO or MD of the EDCON group to get in contact with me.
This could have been resolved... you chose to ignore it.
I made a voice recording of the incident...
your store in Bayside is SHOCKING, service pathetic! and staff's attitude even worse!
No wonder because the regional also do not return any calls...
