I have been given the run around for months now.

All I need is copies of the following for a deceased estate where I am the executor:
- Copy home loan agreement.
- Copy title deed
- Copy bond documents
- Copy security documents
- Any additional info relating to the bond.
- Details of ABSA insurance over the property.
- Bank statements
- Change of statement address.

I have been sent from pillar to post. I've been to the following departments at ABSA many a time with no resolution to date:
deceased estates, home loans, action line, archives for bonds.

Please assist urgently.
