Locked riyavaya bus card pin

I went to the Riyavaya customer service in calton centre to unblock the bus card, the agent that was supposed to assist me told me that they dont have the mechine to unblock the card as the card is an absa card, that i should go to absa to unblock the card. i explained to them that i dont have time to go to the bank as i work 8-5, what i dont understand is why we should go to absa for assistence, because i dont bank with absa and its not like we were given an option with the cards, it was either you bought the card or you dont use the bus, but now that we have a problem they are unable to resolve the problem, they made fun of me while i was complaining and left me on the station told me that they dont have time for that and that they are knocking off, my card is still blocked.
