Customer ripoff with wrong information

My wife went yesterday to apply for our marriage license. She was told there are 2 types and the difference between them and the time frame for each to be issued. An unabridged marriage license from home affairs costs R 75.00 but from these R 750.00. The marriage is recorded with home affairs but they (speedy) say that I have to send them a copy of the marriage register from the minister. The minister who married us registered the marriage with home affairs. I have to now do their work. They still insist on a copy of the marriage register. My minister has emigrated to New Zealand and his papers are in a container which he will only receive in 2 months yet they still want a copy. They promise to have my marriage license in 20 days but this is obviously not going to happen. Their attitude is bad and Anastasia does not care. They have the money and tough to me the customer because they refuse to refund. Now I must just wait. Don't use these liars.
