KFC Chicken sold partially cooked

On two occasions I have purchased partially cooked chicken from KFC. once from Cresta branch and again from Palm Court. The chicken seems cooked from the outside but raw and on the inside. Is eating raw chicken the new trend of people in my area? Is it only me and my family that are disgusted by this? Do all KFC now serve underdone chicken?
