Fish packed in chicken containe

On Thursday I cooked chicken strips that we bought at Pick 'n Pay Fish Hoek. I am allergic to fish! so we do not bring fish into our house AT ALL. So as I dished up my son's strips, I ate a piece to feel if it cooled down, he is 6.With the second bite of it I thought that it actually taste like fish? So I spat the rest out and thought it must be my imagination because it is packed in chicken strip labelled packaging. I immediately checked the packaging and it DEFINITELY did not say that it might contain fish! So I gave my son his food and went on with my work on the computer, in about 5 minutes I started to feel dizzy, short of breath and got heart palpitations, I must mention if I get fish in I end up in casualty. So I went to my son and asked if he is enjoying his strips and he said, yes mommy but it is fish and chicken so don't eat it! So my husband had to rush to the pharmacy to buy me anti-allergy pills, and I took it but still did not feel well. I just want to know as I am the main breadwinner, if something happened to me, who would have taken care of my family! I really think it is gross negligence on Pick 'n Pay's behalf to make a life threatening mistake like that!
