Dissapointed to the core

It is with the utmost disgust that i am posting this complaint and i am waiting very patiently to see how you will turn this around to keep me as a customer. My husband bought a packet of chicken wings (raw) on saturday and as per the norm sunday morning i got up to prepare the chicken only to find that the chicken was totally off and had a terrible smell!! i sent my husband back with that forsaken chicken and advised him that they should give bakc our money and that he should instaead buy some of their cooked chicken. o my word what a mistake!!! the cooked chicken was even worse!!! teh chicken was not cleaned properly and you could still see some feathers on it which was now obviaoulsly burnt!!! thanks a lot for ruining my Sunday lunch and my appetite. i am patiently waiting to hear from you...
