I would like a refund as I was mislead by d sales

I wanted to purchase an educational toy for my child so the sales person recomended the leap pad 2.me not knowing anything got home with it only to open it up & now see that everything he explained was completelt different from it. When I asked him does it come with a charger he said yes n it doesn't! I asked him does it come with games he said yes! What kind of people do game employ that lie??? to top it off the thing says d license is invalid & as soon as I bought batteries it stayed on 4 literally 2min n went off
