Clicks
Always waiting in a queue

I make use of the Clicks chain of stores for purchase of my monthly medicine and others. Every month we end up with the same story. Come month end we end up in queues for 30-40min while trying to entertain two children. They have 5 pay counters setup inside the store, but always only have one till available. They have people standing in the store that could easily help with the better flow of traffic, but these people will not assist with the tills at all.
This is a huge frustration and I'm considering taking my business elsewhere.
