Bad sales support on purchase

Yesterday (03.06.2013) I purchased a TV from Game Southgate Mall from the mentioned sales person.
She did not bother to ask if I had wanted the purchase done on straight or budget and just completed the transaction as she pleased. I asked her why she didnt bother to ask and the only thing she and the other sales people around could say was sorry and there is nothing they can do as the sale has already been completed. I do not want this purchase on a straight facility anf want the funds moved to 12 month budget. I have always held Game in very high regard until yesterday and am completely disappointed by the sales support i received. The only option i was given was to do a complete return and come back the next day to do the sale. Either way being inconvenienced by something I did not cause myself.
