Waiting longer than 14 days for home loan to pay o

I applied for a homeloan, and sent all the documentation to Peggy Mabaso AT FNB home loans on 16th of August 2013. On the 21st of Augst, Peggy notified me that it will take 14 working days for the loan to pay out to me.
On the 3d of September I e-mailed Peggy again to enquire on the progress of the loan (10 working days after I submitted my signed forms), then she told me that I must submit my signed forms (I told her I allready did it on the 16th of August!) She apologised, and said I must send it again to her, and then she picked up a few signatures that had not been signed on the forms - I signed it and sent it to her. On the 6th of September I received an sms to reply to accept the loan and I am still waiting for my loan to be paid out.
