When I went to pay my monthly shopping at the cashier, first of all she did not greet me, I had to greet her first because she was still chatting to the person packing the bags. She was concentrating so much on the chatting that several times she did not look at what she was holding or what she was reaching for so obviously it took longer than necessary. When it was time to pay she did not say anything to me, just kept talking to the person packing the bags. I then asked if the bags were included and if that was my total. Yes she said and then CHATTED FURTHER. I then told her I was going to pay R500 cash and the rest by card. She did not acknowledge that she heard me and KEPT ON CHATTING. I then asked her if she heard me and told her that she was not listening, When she did finally start talking to me she wanted to argue over whether she heard me or not. I asked for her name and she arrogantly told me to check the slip. When I asked what her colleague's name was she ignored me. After about the third time she just told me to ask her myself, I did but the other one turned her back on me and refused to answer. I'd really suggest you teach your employees what BASIC customer service is.
