I upgraded the 16th December and added a kindle on my contract. Up and till now I still haven't received the kindle and just don't get feedback!! After numerous calls made, emails sent and going to the branch!! Every time I have an issue, I have trouble to get assistance. I WANT THE KINDLE OR THE MONEY FOR THE KINDLE. They keep telling me there is no stock!! Since the promotion started there was never stock. How on earth do you promote a product and DON'T HAVE STOCK!!! It's ridiculous!!! I have spent all my R200 airtime and more, my time and petrol (which is not cheap). I want to know what's going on!!
