I made a purchase at B.M.S on Saturday the 6th of July. My card was swiped twice as the till did not open and the card machine did not print a receipt. I was assured that I will get my money back within 24 hours or that the transaction will be reversed. I returned to the store the next day and the cashier who assisted me on the Saturday was not there another rude and arrogant cashier called me and asked me what I needed help with. I told her what had happened and she just blatantly told me that they cannot assist me and told me that I would have to return on the Monday with a bank statement and then they can attempt to help me. I told her that I cannot return to the store again as I have to work. She just continued to say that she cannot assist. I sent an email to the manager on the 8th explaining my issue and asking for help, yet I have not received a response from him a week later. Bluff Meat Supply has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot believe that they would just take a customers money without attempting to assist when a problem like this arises. Please be aware when supporting BLUFF MEAT SUPPLY
